TAROKO GROUPS

Taroko is the first company in Asia to develop protective eyewear with polycarbonate (PC) injection molding. With years of experience it succeeded in applying high viscous PC to military goggles and became a certified supplier by US Department of Defense. It further overcame the poor heat resistance of heat-sensitive absorbers and successfully produced the laser and infrared (IR) protective lenses. Integrating polishing technique with optics in tool design, Taroko developed spherical, cylindrical, and toric lenses and produced the first toric IR faceshield in Asia. The company owns more than 100 horizontal and vertical injection molding machine ranging from 35 to 1800 tons capable of producing parts with multi-components.

INJEXTECH

Injextech creates optical lenses using modern vacuum electroplating technology, expertly combining PVD and sputtering processes. These lenses provide brilliant color saturation as well as outstanding durability to high temperatures and corrosion. The company's uses range from basic industrial lens electroplating to precision filter lens fabrication, demonstrating its product variety. Injextech has received international certifications such as ISO 9001 and BSCI, demonstrating its dedication to quality and social responsibility. The company has successfully evolved into a renowned athletic products manufacturer. Mold Manufacturing

Over 40 years of experience on tool design and manufacturing for lenses of optical grade, we continually upgrade the machine and improve our process with the aim to provide better service to our customers.

Mold Clamping Machine

For initial mold testing and small-batch manufacturing projects, we have a 180-degree flip-type mold clamping equipment. The lower mold can be safely removed after clamping the mold, and the upper mold may be safely removed and turned 180 degrees for exact mold adjustments based on the clamping circumstances.

Mold Machining Using CNC

We have CNC mold machining machines that combine CNC machine tools and mold manufacturing to manufacture high-precision molds, allowing us to do in-house plastic injection molding, die-casting, and other manufacturing processes.

Electrical Discharge Machining(EDM)

It is primarily used for metal cutting, shaping, and precision machining, and it is utilized to process super-hard materials and complex-shaped workpieces that are difficult to machine in-house using traditional cutting processes.

Mold Design

We have a team of skilled mold design and analysis experts who are proficient in both 2D and 3D drawing, allowing us to swiftly give on-site mold technicians with a thorough understanding of mold specifications.

Product Design

Personnel have product innovation thinking, 3D software capabilities, and production technology understanding, allowing them to collaborate with the mold center and technical experts to guarantee that the final product design fulfills client needs.

Plastic Injection

We have around 100 precision injection molding machines ranging in size from 35 to 1800 tons and made in Japan, Germany, and Taiwan. These machines include both rotational vertical and horizontal injection molding machines, which can accommodate a wide range of materials and design combinations to fulfill the diversified needs of our customers.

Large Injection Machine

With advanced large-scale injection machine technology, it can handle the production of large and complex parts. It has high precision, high stability and multi-material processing capabilities, and integrates automation technology to provide high-quality and high-efficiency solutions.

Injection Molding Robot Arm

It can execute automatic extraction operations when installed on an injection molding machine; it provides high precision, consistent speed, and high safety.

Material Extraction Machine

Various additives (pigments, color masterbatches) are mixed into the resin. The resin components are changed into various colors for secondary processing after heating, mixing, extrusion, and cooling.

Automatic Lens Cleaning line

Lenses require to be cleaned before coating to remove contaminates. Start with ultrasonic cleaning for 2-5 minutes, followed by another ultrasonic with RO, and finally rinsed with DI water.

Flow Coating

The application of different coatings to a single side of the lens to provide functions such as abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and contamination resistance.

Lens Curing

With both thermal and ultraviolet cure lines, thermal-sensitive material can be cured with proper time and temperature.

DBM Painting Line

DBM automatic painting line allows control on dose, atomizing, and pressure for attractive cosmetics enhancing product value.

Automatic Lens Edging Machine

Digital edging machine accepts 3D file and compiles to perform automatic lens cutting.

Automatic Screw Locking Machine

Screws are aligned and sorted in a vibratory bowl before being conveyed to the gripper's front by a distributor. The screws are positioned and secured into place one at a time. The locking torque is adjustable, and the screws are properly positioned to ensure maximum safety.

Vacuum Deposition

We have vacuum deposition and sputtering technology, as well as optical simulation capabilities, which allows us to offer a wide range of lens coating options, such as glossy coatings, revo coatings, and metallic coatings.

Optical Testing

The test object is placed correctly on a test dummy head, and compliance with safety regulations is determined by monitoring changes in infrared light spots.

High-Speed Impact Testing

The test is carried out by striking the test object with steel balls of specified dimensions in accordance with safety regulations and the required impact velocity range (45190m/s). This is done to determine whether the lens or accessory is impact resistant.

3D Automated Vision Measurement System

With a high degree of automation, it can perform inspections on multiple measurement points quickly and accurately, as well as batch inspections. This capacity saves inspection time and human measurement errors dramatically.

Metal Melting Test

The test metal is rapidly melted into a liquid state (heated to 750°C or 1450°C) and sprayed onto the surface of the test object using a high-frequency power instrument. It is considered a good product if there is no adherence or penetration.

Safety Helmet Impact Testing

We have a safety helmet impact testing laboratory that is certified and meets international safety standards (ECE R22.06/EN-1077/1078) for testing and certification.

Introducing automated warehousing equipment to facilitate the entry and departure of certain commodities, maximizing storage space use, and continuously monitoring residual inventory to avoid the accumulation of inferior stock.
